In our parish: we pray for our priest, Canon Neil Elliot.
We pray that God’s love will surround and support those in our community who are in the presence of life challenges… remembering especially: Chris A., Gwen A., Sandra B., Carleen C., Pauline C., Doug D., Gertie D., Kay E., Bill & Pat F., Reg F., Connie G., Fred J., Glenna MacN., Gillian M., Ann McC., Kelly, Logan and Luke P., Gladys W., Dorothy W., Curtis, Rob.
We give thanks for the life of Gordon Ellis and pray for Kay and family
In the community: we pray for the less fortunate who struggle to meet daily needs. We pray for the staff and residents of Rosewood.
In the diocese: we pray for Bishop John Privett. We pray for the Cursillo Movement.
In the national church: we pray for the national primate, the Most Rev. Fred J. Hiltz. We pray for the Diocese of Calgary: Rt. Rev. Derek Hoskin.
In the world: we pray for the people of the Holy Land, especially the indigenous Christians. We pray for the Anglican Church of Jerusalem, St. George’s Cathedral. We pray for our political leaders, including Prime Minister Stephen, Premier Gordon, the mayors in our community, and all those in authority under them, that they may govern with wisdom, justice and compassion.
