SUNDAY SCHOOL BAKE SALE Sunday, Oct. 19 @ Coffee Fellowship (after 10:00 service). The money raised will be used to buy school supplies for children in Mexico. Vassell will be taking these gifts to Mexico when she goes in November. Please bring your baking donations to the lower hall before church that morning.

FERRARO TURKEY DOLLARS: If you have any Ferraro Turkey dollars that weren’t used, please deliver them to the office on Tuesday, October 21st. The Food Bank team can use them, thanks!

PRAISE & THANKSGIVING SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS: There will be a very special service at Holy Trinity in Grand Forks—Sunday November 2nd, with Bishop John presiding. You are invited to join them to celebrate 110 years of Anglicans officiating.

SORRENTO CENTRE FALL SILENT MEDITATION RETREAT November 14-17 with Christopher and Heather Page. This will be a silent retreat with an address each morning, group meditation, corporate worship and evening dialogue-teaching. All meals will be taken in silence. Christopher Page is the rector of St. Philip’s Anglican Church in Victoria, B.C. He is the author of four books, most recently Spirit Life: Living the Fruit of God’s Spirit. Heather Page is the past administrator of the Contemplative Society, a certified presenter of Centering Prayer for Contemplative Outreach International and assists regularly in the leadership of silent retreats. Course Fee: $335.00 (includes meals and accommodation).
